Boise Guest House is a boutique accommodation featuring six fully furnished suites each with private a bathroom and a full kitchen. We are located in a convenient downtown location. Our suites are available on a nightly, weekly and monthly basis. We look forward to having you as our guest!

policy:
- we are a non-smoking accommodation.
- pets are considered on an individual case basis in suites 2, 6 and 3. Extra fees of $10-75 may apply, and we prefer owners not leave their dogs unattended in the room. No barking allowed.
- check in time is 3pm and check out is 11am (changed as of Feb 1, 2011).
payments:
- all stays require a 100% prepay
- all suites are prepaid for ease of check in and check out and to permit owners future bookings.
- cash, credit cards and checks with verifiable credit card for damage deposit purposes.
- we acceptAmerican Express, Mastercard and Visa.
cancellations:
- cancellations within 48 hours of your stay cannot be refunded.
- due to the nature of our business as a vacation rental property, we require a 2 week cancellation notice.
- any cancellations within a two week period of our guests arrival will be subject to a charge of 50% of your prepaid stay, unless we can fill the space.
- if you cancel outside of 2 weeks, we will retain a 6% fee of your total to recover credit card processing charges.
vehicles:
- parking is complimentary for all of our guests during their visit or lease.
- we have 8 on-site parking spaces adjacent to our building on the alley,
- bike racks are available for our guests.
housekeeping
- we are happy to arrange for housekeeping services for $25/per cleaning.
- there is no daily housekeeping, its your own little private space!
- cleaning supplies are available to our long term guests.
- fresh linens and towels are available upon request
